Color Consulting has become a big part of my job. Whether you need help picking out a paint color for one room, an entire house, or coordinating furniture, fabric and paint, I can help. I charge a flat rate of $30.00/hr. (Decorators charge at least double.) I have hundreds of larger paint samples from Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore! I come directly to your location at your convenience!
My educational and professional background include experience in painting, textiles, design, and color and light theory. Residential and commercial. No job is too small or too big!!! I have been in business for almost 20 years. People have asked me for help time and time again. Some just need reassurance that they are making the right decision others admit that "decorating" is not there forte".
Another concern people have shared with me is the cost of custom work. They are afraid they can not afford it! I am very reasonably priced and willing to work within your budget. So, whatever idea you are pondering I am here to brig it to life!!!!
Below are a few photos of my recent work. The first photo is of a "faux" window. This beautiful addition could not structurally hold a real window so we created one! The bedroom is done in silver, greys and blacks so the "window" coincides with the room and compliments the gorgeous backyard!
I am now carrying custom painted step stools! Many women were asking for one in their kitchen to reach those top shelves! They are made locally and very sturdy. unfinished they are $40.00. custom painted $70.00.
The black cupboard is an old piece my customer had.. I had fun cleaning it up, painting it black, and adding pock-a-dots. 5 colors, three sizes of pock-a-dots $95.00.
The last photo is of a bathroom that was faux finished and then hand painted. The client did not want to close up the room with window treatment so instead i painted the floral vine around the window. Another beautiful view! Then, of course, i had to continue the theme around the mirror!
Please feel free to e-mail or call with any questions or ideas!!!!
